Pick the car you want, send us a message on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form, and share your driving licence plus passport or Emirates ID. Once approved we confirm the rate and deliver the car to you.

UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Visitors need their passport, visa page and either an international driving permit or a licence from an approved country.

The minimum age is 21 for most of the fleet. Sports, exotic and high-performance models usually require the driver to be 25 or older.

Yes. We deliver to Dubai International and Al Maktoum airports, as well as to hotels and residences anywhere in the UAE, at no extra charge.

Yes. Chauffeur and limousine service is available on request for airport transfers, weddings, corporate travel and full-day hire.

Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. The excess amount depends on the vehicle category and is confirmed before you book.

Yes. Contact us before the rental starts and we will adjust the dates or swap the vehicle wherever availability allows.

Renting avoids registration, insurance, servicing and depreciation, and lets you change cars whenever you want. For visitors and short-term residents it is almost always the cheaper option.

Most rentals include a daily or monthly kilometre allowance, shown on each vehicle page. Additional kilometres are charged at a fixed rate agreed before you book.

Fuel is your responsibility, and the car is delivered and returned with the same level. Salik tolls and any traffic fines incurred during the rental are billed at cost once they appear on the system.

Call us at any hour. Roadside assistance is included, and if the vehicle cannot be recovered quickly we arrange a replacement.

Travel anywhere in the UAE is fine. Crossing into Oman or Saudi Arabia requires prior written approval and additional insurance, so ask us before you book.
